The incumbent will be responsible of operating the switchboard and disbursement of stationery. Archiving knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task are a must. Secretarial qualifications are an added advantage.
Generally the persons above must;
Be holders of a relevant first degree and a professional qualification
Be a good communicator and possess excellent reporting & clerical skills
Have experience in the relevant position for a minimum of 3 years Have good all round IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Be able to work without direct supervision
Have Occupational Health and Safety awareness
