1. BRANCH MANAGERS
The person will be responsible for effectively coordinating the operations of a motor vehicle spares retail shop, including, inter alia:
A Stock monitoring and control,
A Shop performance management A Customer relations management
A Setting and achieving sales targets
A Cost rationalization
A Management of other hygiene factors
Ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications and qualities:
A Degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Retail Management or other related tertiary education.
A 5 years post qualification experience at high level preferably motor industry or
other FMCG industry.
A High computer literacy: Good with report writing
A Team player, initiative and self assertive
