Projects and Administration Officer

Basic Function
Reporting to the Financial Manager, the incumbent will be reponsible for managing projects, property maintenance and valuation and maintaning asset register

Major Activities of The Job
Identifies land banks to develop
Coordinates property development projects
Conducts property valuations and compile reports
Provides advice on property acquisitions and disposals
Manages property lease agreements
Maintains a composite master asset register

Minimum Qualifications
degree in Rural and Urban Planning or equivalent
Valuation Certificate

Experience and Skills

3 Years experience in project management
Contract management Skills
Mature individual with good negotiation skills
