A well established organisation is seeking a Brand Manager who will be responsible for understanding what makes the organisations target audience tick / developing marketing campaigns that position the brand.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years working experience in Advertising industry.
Develop / execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating the brand message.
Identify how the brand is currently positioned in the market.
Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns.
Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
Lead marketing team members through campaigns.
Design a research-based brand strategy.
Conduct consumer and market research.
Deliver the marketing strategy and take responsibility for the brand development of the portfolio entrusted to them.
Control operational detail with rigor through excellent planning, monitoring and review.
Work with the other functions to extend product range and drive further growth.
Curate and develop a quality consumer brand to present the company in its best light.
Show clarity, transparency and strong communication skills in the tasks of leading and motivating the business and its people.
