Principal Pension Officer

Overall Job Purpose Recommending policy revisions and changes to the rules of the Fund, reviewing and implementing pensions policy and procedure manual and ensuring that the Fund's Rules adhere to the provisions of the Pension and Provident Funds Act and Regulations.

• Records Management System
• Budget Preparation and Control

Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Insurance Management
• Plus IIZ Diploma in insurance
• Must be an excellent communicator and team player
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant work experience
• Membership to professional association is a must
• Honesty, accuracy and integrity are required
