POST : LIFE MANAGERS RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING [5 POSTS)
Based in Botswana, at our offices in Gaborone, Francistown and Maun, incumbents should have the requisite qualifications and proven experience on Life assurance business marketing, recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents and be able to provide cross border financial planning services.
Qualifications and experience
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in long term insurance or similar Sales/Marketing/insurance/ Business studies related qualification at either Diploma or Degree level or professional insurance qualification.
Proven minimum five years of life sales and marketing service
Proven minimum experience of five years at managerial service in same or similar position.
Proven knowledge of high level financial planning on areas including business life, estate planning, offshore etc.
Remuneration and benefits
