Receptionist

Job profile

A property company is looking for a receptionist to join their team.

Duties

-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

-Direct visitors to appropriate person and office

-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

-Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying and responding to emails

-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material

-Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email

-Update calendars and schedule meetings
