Job Description
Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position mentioned above.
The incumbent reports to the ICT Administrator and will perform the following duties, among others;
• Support, monitor and implement a VB .NET based insurance software system.
• Attends to the help desk and enquiries/queries relating to information technology.
• Provides support including but not limited to server software and hardware.
• Implement Disaster Recovery Plan as per company ICT policy.
• Conducts any other duties as per company ICT policy.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
• Minimum five (5) Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English Language with a grade C or better.
• Must be a holder of a degree/diploma in information technology.
• At least three (3) years relevant experience.
• Sound analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• VB .NET skills are a must.
• SQL Server and SQL Server Report Services skills are a must.
• CSS Bootstrap knowledge an added advantage
