Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will be part of the dynamic team based at Ngezi, reporting to the Senior ICT Officer -Infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Analysing user requirements and production of design specifications
• Developing systems (including mobile applications), testing and implementation
• Business systems installations, integrations and configurations
• Support and maintenance of the organization’s database management systems, mainly Microsoft SQL Database based systems
• Evaluating systems specifications for business requirements
• Formulation and development of user reports
• Systems Documentation
• End user support

Qualifications and Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, majoring in Business Information Systems or equivalent
• Problem solving and sound analytical skills
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Business Systems
• Working knowledge of at least Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and data analytics tools

LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:

• A self-starter with excellent interpersonal, planning, communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of mining operations and excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
