Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced prospective applicants to fill in the above-mentioned position which has arisen at our Bulawayo Branch. Reports to: Service Manager
Must be available to start immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties Include
• Execute the receiving and dispatching of stock and items for repairs to and from Technicians/customers/suppliers. • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, sublets and equipment. • Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and teens of sales. • Raise dispatch and delivery notes against the relevant accounts. • Draw required stocks and keep stock cards correctly updated. • Ensure minimum and maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all times. • Administer all paper-work (delivery notes/dispatch notes/ receiving notes) as per defined procedures. • Issue items from the store against appropriately authorized requisitions • Produce stores reports on a monthly basis • Ensure cleanliness and neatness of stores • Act as a custodian for all service special tools and ensure that all tools are maintained in good condition. • Ensures that all equipment is serviced and repaired e.g. Generator, Compressor, Hoists, fire equipment and maintain record of the same.
Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and Experience
• Higher Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management/Diploma in Warehouse Management or equivalent. • At least 2 years' experience and proven ability in Purchasing and Supplying. • Class 4 Driver's license • Experience of delivery of excellent customer service. • Good interpersonal and social skills to communicate at all levels. • Good computer skills, and knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
