Doing all buying and stores clerical duties for the branch

Duties and Responsibilities

 Selecting new products and reviewing the old
 Finding the right suppliers.
 Negotiating prices with suppliers.
 Ensuring the products are delivered on time.
 Stock control.
 Budgeting.
 Reaching to any changes to customer demand.
 Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
 Getting feedback from customers.
 Safe keeping and issuing of stock items.
 Updating stock cards.
 Monthly stores report
 Raising Job cards and dispatch customer vehicles
 Any other duties assigned by your superior.

Qualifications and Experience

1. A Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and supply chain management
2. At least 2 years experience on a similar post
3. Knowledge of the motor repairs industry highly recommended
