Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual to work for our stores department under the logistics cluster.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To control and manage stores inventory to control stores functions and processes such as equipment received and dispatched. • Utilization of computerized and manual stock tracking systems. • Posting purchase invoices and payment facilitation. • Upkeep of an efficient system of recording all stores transaction. • Logical storing of spares for easy identification. • Stock Take Preparation and participation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years' experience in a technical store preferably (Mechanical Workshop/ Garage/Auto Spares workshop) Minimum requirement Diploma in Supply Chain/ CIPS International Purchasing Supply and any relevant qualification. • Navision (2017) experience is an added advantage • Computer literate
