Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Officer Communications
What we expect from you
 Oversee installation of telecommunication systems within the Group.
 Attend to telecommunication system faults.
 Manage user administration in the telecommunication system.
 Coordinate processing requests for cellphone lines from business units with mobile network operators.
 Coordinate processing business mobile data requirements with mobile network operators.
 Oversee the operations of the mail room and manage relationship with courier service providers to ensure reliable overnight mail service.
 Manage SLAs/contracts with telecommunication and mail service providers.
 Process newspaper and DSTV subscriptions for the Group.
 Process invoices for sectional service providers for payment.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Skills and experience required
 Possess a degree in Logistics, Business Management, Business Administration or similar.
 Have at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
 Have a valid and unendorsed class 4 driver’s license.
 Should be proficient in various computer packages i.e. Excel, Word etc.
 Be able to work under pressure and within strict deadlines.
 Possess ability to interact with both internal & external clients.
 Have good report writing skills.
