Job Description
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electronics units
• Installation of Electronic security systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Resolve security systems operational performance problems for clients .
• Test electronics units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment.
• Test performance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or integrated systems or equipment.
• Adjust or replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry or electronics components, using hand tools or soldering iron.
• Perform preventative maintenance or calibration of equipment or systems.
• Maintain electronic equipment.
• Build prototypes from rough sketches or plans.
• Create physical models or prototypes.
• Grow the company’s electronics business
Qualifications and Experience
Degree/ higher Diploma in Electronics ,computer networking or equivalent qualification
Class 4 Driver’s license a must
Minimum 3 years work experience in installations of Security electronics (Alarms, CCTV, motion sensors, and Access control systems
