Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Keeping records of the menu
Food preparation and serving
Supervising Cooks
Observing and maintaining hygiene standards
Inventory Management
Any other related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal applicants should possess the following qualifications:
5 Ordinary Level Passes including English Language
National Diploma in Professional Cookery
Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
A qualification in Culinary Arts will be an added advantage
