Job Description
A local company is looking for a Security Officer who will be responsible for managing vibrant team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all security activities for the company
Monitoring of CCTVS
Formulating, developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
Supervision and control of private Security personnel
Organising and controlling
Advising Management and employees on matters of Safety and Security
Liaising with government protective security inspectorate on matters of security
Developing and implementing safety rules and systems within the organisation
Carrying out investigations
Qualifications and Experience
Individuals will ideally have related experience working as a security officer. Incumbents must have a relevant Degree in Security Studies/IT with 3-5 years of experience.
Should be able to communicate effectively / motivate and lead team members
Should have knowledge of FMCG industry
