Sap Support Analyst X 2
MAIN PURPOSE OF THEJOB:
The position exists to provide systems administration and maintenance support to ZINARA's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. This entails ensuring high system uptimes in line with agreed performance targets. The position reports to the Business Systems Support Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 SAP Basis administration, for SAP ERP, NetWeaver, BW, Solution Manager Systems
2. SAP Workflow Hierarchy Maintenance
3. SAP User roles and Security
4. Troubleshooting respective SAP module errors or problems
5. Assist business in understanding SAP system capabilities
6. Work with ABAP developers to identify and implement custom solutions as required.
7. Testing and deploying solutions to the production systems
8. Offer relevant training and development to SAP end users.
9. Maintenance of Fiori/Gateway server
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. 5 '0' Levels including English, Mathematics and Science
2. 2 "A" Level passes
3. Degree in Computer Science, information systems or relevant degree in a field related to the Modules.
4. SAP Certification in any SAP module is a distinct advantage
5. Knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology will be an added advantage
6. Appreciation or knowledge of SAP Solution Manager will bean added advantage
7. A minimum of four (4) years post qualification experience working with large SAP ERP environments
8. Technical aptitude in UNIX and Windows based infrastructure, Oracle Databases, WANs and LANs
9. Demonstrable business literacy of ERP systems such as SAP
10. Knowledge and experience in Basis HANA a plus
