Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions which have arisen in the organization.

SUMMARY
The person is responsible for ensuring smooth running of retail outlets and maintaining excellence in service delivery at stations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
* Revenue attainment in line with set targets.
• Developing an annual business sales plan for customers and action to follow through se objectives.
• Identifying and executing on sales strategies for the achievement of annual revenue targets.
• Anticipating and identifying trends and challenge and applies this knowledge to develop creative sale strategies.
• Developing strong relationships with key account and developing new business
• Successful close major contract negotiations an ensure coordination with finance, legal an operations teams.
• Oversee the invoicing function
• Implement the picture of success at the retail outlet by implementing set standards.
* Increase customer base in targeted sales channels
* Customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge and Skills
* Strong technical knowledge of the Oil and Ga industry.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to be able t make decisions regarding sales strategies, effectively make commercial offers.
* Ability to plan and organize to meet targets
* Proficient in business software application! primarily the Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
* A degree in Sales and Marketing
• A Marketing/Sales Professional qualification
• A minimum of ten (10) years relevant working experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
