Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above vacant position of Sales Lead. Softwarehouse trading as Paynow is a rapidly growing equal opportunity employer seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to lead our sales team with strong leadership skills and a dedicated drive for sales generation. The job incumbent’s responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve company products, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company products or services purchased, and ensuring that the organization remains viable and profitable in line with Strategic Goals and Objectives. This position will report to the Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
 Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members.
 Managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
 Participate in product development, pitch deck development
 Pursue the organizational targets by pushing sales targets
 Recording sales trends and liaising with management and sales team to develop sales strategies.
 Identifying promising prospects for cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
 Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
 Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives.
 Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential, and existing customers.
 Manage the eternal sales team and all affiliate sales resources
 Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
 Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

Qualifications and Experience

 Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
 Proven sales management experience.
 Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
 Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
 Effective communication skills.
 Exceptional customer service skills
