About Legacy Building Leaders:
Legacy Building Leaders (LBL) specializes in offering web based and live leadership coaching programs for Parents, Leadership Coaches and Youths.
Job Mission
To achieve LBL Sales targets through daily Sales initiatives and Digital Marketing activities in line with the agreed Sales and Marketing Strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Develops Sales strategies and approaches for LBL products and implements plans.
• Sells LBL products online (membership based) and offline
• Sells Leadership Coaching events and conferences, and secures partnerships or sponsorship for such events.
• Plans and coordinates marketing and promotional activities to achieve desired Sales targets.
• Responsible for Branding, Public Relations and Corporate communications.
• Manages Key accounts and maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Prepares content for marketing material and ensures distribution across multiple channels.
• Conducts market research to identify opportunities for sales promotion and growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, experience and knowledge requirements:
• A degree in Sales and Marketing, business or related field.
• Digital marketing qualification.
• At least three years relevant experience in a similar position with proven digital marketing skills.
• Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to sell and achieve Sales Targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Be pro-active, creative and well groomed.
• Solid knowledge of Sales and Marketing techniques and principles.
• Be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
