Job Description
Our clients are a ICT Company which specialise in two products which provide a web based school management system for private schools and a web based hospital management system for private hospitals.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.The incumbent will help our clients with marketing their business.
2.To look for more clients for their system.
3.Establish relationships with new customers
4. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
5.Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
6.Identify and respond to client needs
7. Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
Qualifications and Experience
1.excellent oral and written communication skills
2.superior interpersonal skills
3.ability to take initiative and work independently
4.exceptional organizational skills
5.good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
6.1+ years of experience in sales
7.1+ years of experience in the industry
8.strong knowledge of industry standards
9.confident and charismatic approach to people
