Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above vacant position of Sales Account Executive. Softwarehouse trading as Paynow is a rapidly growing equal opportunity employer seeking the services of a competitive Sales Account Executive to efficiently key account clients through proactively addressing clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, the job incumbent will be responsible for contributing to the increase in sales and maintenance of company-client relationships at a high standard.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage key accounts
Act as the point of contact for clients
Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
Resolve problems and handle complaints promptly
Identify new potential customers
Handle all walk-in clients and ensure that the client’s needs are being met
Supervise sales account representatives
Ensure budget and time requirements are met
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
Establish best practices
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field is preferred
Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
Hands-on experience with customer service
An ability to grasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation skills
Analytical and time-management skills
