Salaries Officer X 1
JOB SUMMARY:
Issue out salaries, benefits (i.e. pension benefits) and allowances to all staff so that they are rewarded accordingly and in time for work done and to motivate them to stay with the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPON IBIS CITIES:
• Process salaries and allowances of employees.
• Compile salaries' schedule regularly for auditing and budgeting purposes.
• Provide statistical information required by management so that they can make informed decisions based on the financial
standing of the organisation.
• Process terminal benefits for staff in cases of resignation or death.
• Compile monthly payroll returns.
• Reconciliation of third part payments.
• Attend to payroll queries.
• Compiling monthly reports
Qualifications and Experience
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The Incumbent should:
• Possess a relevant first degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
• IPMZ will be a definite advantage
• Knowledge of Belina payroll is a must
• Be highly computer literate
• Strong analytical skills
