Job Description
The Risk and Compliance Officer performs credit analysis and reviews for existing and new customers, while complying with the company's credit policy. The Officer prepares monthly credit and market risk management reports, and develops and implements credit and the market risk framework and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Setup and manage the compliance program
Carry out Audit procedures regularly
Monitor the market, laws and industry for changing compliance requirements and needs
Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
Work with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk
Resolve employees concerns about compliance
Put in place and enforce disciplinary procedures in case of breach
Review company policies
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Insurance and Risk Management or relevant
3 years work experience
