Job Description
Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting for bids from reputable companies, registered with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
ZSM 099. Fuel tracking system for all ZSM Cars;
ZSM 100. Banner flag brochure-Con cave 4m double-sided print (Qty - 4), Snake fabric banners (Qty – 4); Literature brochure A4 stand - A4Z-Up (Qty - 2); Pop up-Pop Out Banners (Qty - 2).
ZSM 101. Supply and fit of UPS (Qty - 1) [Specifications-Capacity 6KVA, Input/output 230v/50Hz, Power factor-1.0, Voltage regulation +1-1%, Run time 60mins, Low noise] NB. Samples required upon submission
ZSM 102. Tackies (Qty -7), Tracksuits branded (Qty -15), T-shirts (Qty - 15), Caps branded (Qty - 15) [NB. Samples required upon submission (pictures)]
ZSM 104. Two-drawer cabinet (Qty – 1); Bulk filling cabinet (Qty - 1).
ZSM 105. Heavy duty printer Find attached specifications (Qty – 1).
ZSM 106. Toggle switches (industrial standard) (Qty – 2); 15A MCB Harman (black industrial) (Qty – 10); Cowrod element 2kw (industrial standard) (Qty – 4); Cowrod element 3kw (industrial standard) (Qty – 1); Oven control switches (industrial standard) (Qty – 4); 3kw 220v contractors (industrial standard) (Qty - 4); 2.5/4mm asbestos wire (industrial standard) (Qty - 30); 2.5 x 8m lugs (standard) (Qty - 20); Sim snitches (industrial standard) (Qty - 8); Insulation tape (high electronic resistance) (Qty - 4); 2kw monarch element (Qty - 7).
ZSM 107. Repairs and binding for library books (Qty – 23).
ZSM 108. 33 X 33 ruby red tiles (Qty - 20 boxes); 35 X 35 creamy tiles (Qty - 1 box); 35 X 35 greyish tiles (Qty - 7 boxes); 33 X 33 creamy tiles (Qty - 45 boxes); Tiloen 20kgs bags (Qty – 50); Bonding liquid (Qty - 100litres).
ZSM 109. Adjustable lab chairs (40cm to 80 cm) (Qty - 20)
ZSM 110. Tracker for ZSM buses (Qty – 3) [ACQ 1331 Yutong, AEZ 1772 Asia star, ABZ 8228 Rosa)
ZSM 111. Step stools to sustain 150kg and above (Qty – 2)
ZSM 112. Supply and fit of air conditioners with the following dimensions- 8.3x 6.3x 2.9 and 3x 6.3x 2.9. Site Visit at the school on 01/03/2023 at 1000hrs
ZSM 113. Stainless steel bin 20litres (Qty - 1); Bin 100litres (Qty - 1); Vaccum cleaner Hoover 35litres (Qty – 1); Gas cylinder cadac and cooker top 9kg (Qty - 1); Microwave 30 litres (Qty - 1)
Qualifications and Experience
Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. Delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.
NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification
How to Apply
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number. All quotations are to be placed in the tender box situated at ZSM administration block or sent through our PMU email address: pmu@zsm.co.zw, on or before the closing date indicated above at 16.30pm sharp.
