Job Description

We are looking for individuals to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to our customers, visitors, staff, and general public.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive clients and visitors
• Answer and direct calls, screen calls as requested,
• Route calls to proper recipient, take and relay messages as needed.
• Receive, sort and record all mail received
• Ensure reception area, bathrooms and kitchen/coffee/ water areas are always kept tidy
• Provide administrative support to the team

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Administration/ Secretarial Studies/ Customer Relations, or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience as a receptionist.
• Office Management & Administrative Skills
• Outstanding organizational and customer service skills.
