QUANTITY SURVEYOR ( Construction, Harare. Zimbabwe)

Job Description

A qualified Quantity Surveyor is required for an expanding business. You will need to have knowledge on bills of quantities, work with a timeline and source building materials. You will also be responsible for supervising any buildings being constructed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and report on the project
Liaise with staff to develop and amend construction program
Forecasting potential problems and risk identification
Support, manage and provide technical direction to the planning team
Preparation of interim valuations
Site measurements
