Position: Projects Quantity Surveyor
Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
Preparation of preliminary estimates
• Preparation of bills of Quantities
• Preparation of Schedule of materials
• Tender adjudication
• Writing Correspondence
• Preparing Interim Valuations
• Preparing cost reports
• Preparing final accounts
• Site visits and making site measurements
• Supervision
• Site measurements
• Planning and Programming (MS Projects)
Qualifications and Experience
Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 years’ experience i
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Clean Class 4 drivers’ license
