Project Officer (Education) - Zaka and Bikita
Job Advert: Project Officer x 2 (Education)
Location: Bikita and Zaka
Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibility of the Project Officer will be to lead and coordinate all Global Partnership for Education (GPE) activities in their respective districts. The Officer will have a responsibility to develop a clear operational plan for their districts.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
University Degree in Education or training management.
A minimum of at least 3 years’ relevant experience in an environment dealing with child rights, child protection and child development.
Good interpersonal, advocacy and counselling skills, flair for research and report writing, excellent public relations and ability to network.
Strong cross-cultural skills and experience working with people from different ethnic/cultural backgrounds.
Ability to maintain professionalism in high stress and unconventional environments.
Good understanding of local languages.
