A vacancy for Project Director has arisen within a Bulawayo based NGO that provides care and support to children living with HIV and AIDS.
Duties and Responsibilities
Basic functions
To manage the organisation and be responsible for the coordination and management of the program team.
Qualifications and Experience
Attributes and experience
Relevant degree in social sciences or social studies; Experience in development work and OVC programming; Understanding of Psychosocial support and psychosocial interventions; Passion for vulnerable children and people living with HIV; Confidentiality; Disciplined and mature; Discrete, Loyal and Trustworthy; An acceptable standard of oral and spoken English and Ndebele; Basic computer and typing skills; A stable disposition and the ability to remain calm under pressure; A neat, well groomed appearance; A self-starter and motivated; A driver's license would be an advantage.
