Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position mentioned above.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing production activities on the line in order to meet production output targets
• Facilitating sourcing of raw and packaging materials from Stores through reservations in SAP system.
• Managing manpower utilization and supervision of shop floor level employees.
• Monitoring material usage through yields analysis and backflushing of semi-finished and finished products using SAP system.
• Implementation of ISO systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor of Science Degree (Food Science and Technology or any other related degree).
• A minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge of Basic Dairy Technology and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
• Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage.
