An established manufacturing company is looking for a Procurement Officer who will be responsible for providing procurement expertise and assist in the to planning, developing, sourcing and management of procurement arrangements to effectively meet agency and business objectives. The successful candidate will be in charge of improving on existing procurement procedures and developing strategies among other duties.

Qualifications Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management
Software - Microsoft Office
Knowledge Of Purchase and Supply / Procurement
Ability to formulate and implement procurement strategy
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising).
Understanding of supply chain procedures.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create procurement reports .
Good negotiation skills
