The following positions have arisen within the City of Bulawayo.
• Leads, controls, and manages the Procurement Unit. • Develops and implements Council Procurement Policies and Processes. • Provides expert advice to key stakeholders on procurement and disposal of Council Assets. • Identifies and manages commercial, contractual, operational financial and risks in the market. • Leads research analysis to identify procurement risks in the market. • Identifies new supplies and products in market to minimize procurement costs.
• A degree in Procurement or equivalent • A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. • A member of a relevant professional board such as the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, Supply Chain Association of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Institute of Procurement and Supply. • A clean class 4 driver's licence. • At least 7 years experience in a similar environment
