Job Description
Who will be reporting to the Processing Plant Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Taking charge of the Engineering functions at the Plant (Plant maintenance) • Taking charge of Jena Mines (Engineering Projects) • Reducing the ZESA bill and managing the Maximum Demand • Determine the order and sequence of equipment systematic switch on to maintain low peak demand values. • Assist in all the mine's engineering endeavors and ensure the compressors function at optimum level. • Report to the Processing Plant Manager. • Any other duties in line with the Section Engineer's position
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
• Membership to Engineering Professional body
• Valid First aid certificate d) Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Project and application Packages like SAP) is essential amongst others.
• Should have sound knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
