Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage the Director’s diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, presentations and other documents.
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
• Making travel arrangements.
• Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
• Experience as a virtual assistant.
• Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Administration
• Masters Degree an added advantage
• Finance background
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
