Job Description

LOCATION: MAZOWE (ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED)

Duties and Responsibilities

 Responsible for the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for over 300 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions
 Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, budget and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor work, overtime, leave balances, head count,)
 Monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service
 Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to NEC Agriculture policies including compliance with Labour Laws
 Issuing pay slips and making payments during peak season
 Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidates should be in possession of the following:
 Diploma in Payroll Management or relevant qualification
 Must be proficient In Belina Payroll
 Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience with at least 1 year in the Agricultural sector being an added advantage
