Job Description

Our client in Automotive industry is looking for Parts Administrator to join their dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up systems for the smooth running of stores from parts quoting, ordering, receipt, issue & levels. Quoting

Duties and Responsibilities

Learning how to use the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) for identifying parts requirements for quoting. Sending out customer quotations for Servicing & Parts. Consistently ensuring that A B C service schedule pricing is correct. Parts Ordering, Ensuring correct ordering of parts which requires constant liasing with the Workshop Controller and Managing Director. Special order tracking. Analysing pricing, levels and reordering of stock. Receipt Issue & Levels. Overseeing the receipt of stock (Goods Received). Overseeing the issue of stock (Job Cards). Maintaining Stock Levels by analysing history of stocks to form a minimum stock on hand. Stock Take (rolling & 6 monthly). TZ Parts KPI Report. Stock Movement Report (efficiencies of stock holding, purchasing & sales). Loss Sales Report – to set up and ensure that loss sales report is updated daily. Work In Progress – participate and in daily WIP meeting to update team on position of parts on order as well as challenges being faced. Stores - Assistant in charge of purchase orders and goods received into SAGE. Must be available to start immediately. IT Proficiency – Excel, Sage Evolution, Microsoft Word, EPC – added advantage
