Duties and Responsibilities


What we expect from you
 Capture all new purchases before payment including Work in Progress (WIP).
 Collect obsolete assets from departments and send to reputable auctioneers.
 Reconcile Assets at the Auctioneer against Assets Collected by Auctioneer.
 Ensure that all Country Branches Assets are tagged with barcodes.
 Send asset registers to H/O for their verification quarterly.
 Maintain up to date registers of all disposed assets or Inventory.
 Remove all write offs from the register within the month of receiving approval or insurance proceeds.
 Systematically file all disposals and approvals.
 Compile cost allocation per each branch, department or subsidiaries.
 Upload stationery costs for all branches, departments and subsidiaries timeously.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
 Possess a relevant degree in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management or similar
 Have a professional CIPS Diploma or similar qualification.
 3 years’ experience in Purchasing and Supply preferably
 Should possess solid communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
 Have excellent analytical skills.
 Possess high levels of ethical integrity.
 Flexible and adaptive to a fast paced working environment
