Company in timber industry is seeking an all rounder mature, confident and highly organised Administrator with strong administrative skills to be response for general office administration and some bookkeeping. The candidate sought should posses strong organisational skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, exercising good judgement and confidentiality are a prerequisite.
• Answering the telephone, first point of contact with customers
• General office administration
• Establishing and maintaining effective physical and digital filing systems
• Invoicing
• Account reconciliations
• Petty cash management
• Purchase and management of stationery
• Manages a variety of special projects for the Managing Director
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline
• Three years experience in business administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in Pastel/Quickbooks
• Polished verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of office equipment
• Clean Class 4 Drivers licence
