Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer
Job Advert: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer.
Location: Bikita
The MEAL Officer’s responsibility will be to coordinate and provide expertise to collect, manage, and analyse data and report results.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
University Degree in Social Studies / Statistics/ Information Management or other related Social Science discipline.
3 years’ relevant experience in an environment dealing with child rights, child protection and child development.
Good interpersonal, advocacy and team building skills, flair for research and report writing, excellent public relations and ability to network.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Experience using, SPSS, or other statistical packages is desirable for analyzing large datasets.
Programming skills preferred. Adept at queries and report writing.
Experience in data mining techniques and procedures and knowing when their use is appropriate.
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
