Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

The role - what we expect from you:
• Co-ordinate requirements for the Group’s promotional material. • Provide input for organizing and managing events and associated campaigns, workshops and conferences. • Coordinate all marketing activities pertaining to campaigns and product launches with the aid of customer relationship management (CRM system.) • Assist with the maintenance of the media monitoring system and marketing tools. • Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files. • Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries. • Post marketing updates through internal communication channels. • Receive and record all marketing correspondence. • Record and dispatch all outgoing mail including motivations for authorizations and payments. • Handle appointments for the Executive. • Manage the reception area at all times, ensuring good housekeeping and creating a favorable impression as the first point of contact. • Attend to all visitors/customers within the shortest possible time. • Co-ordinate with business about Group CRM visits initiatives. • Process all customer payments and ensure that all supporting documents are in place.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Skills and experience required
• A relevant professional qualification i.e. Executive Secretarial Diploma, Diploma in Office Administration and Management, etc. • Degree in Marketing / Business an added advantage. • At least 5 years in an administrative / secretarial environment for Senior Management. • Must be well organized and attentive to detail. • Must have good time management skills. • Must have good Interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels. • A good team player who resonates with energy. • High Level of confidentiality. • High level of customer/stakeholder customer interactions/satisfaction. • Computer literacy, ICDL, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Must be mature and possess good administrative skills. • Must be very assertive. • Good loss control and budget management skills. • Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules, meetings and projects.
