Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description
· Receives food commodities, consumables and other NFIs from vendors and completes the relevant documentation as assigned by the supervisor.

· Dispatches food commodities, consumables and other NFIs to the project locations as assigned by the supervisor.

· Updates Stock Cards in the warehouses.

· Maintains stock records using excel of food commodities, consumables and other NFIs.

· Files Material Delivery Sheets (MDS) for all assets at the Sub Office.

· Requisitions administration requirements for the Sub Office and receipts using PeopleSoft.

· Assists during, Assets and Inventory physical count verification exercises

. Assists in verification of the condition of food commodities and other NFIs in the warehouses

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
· Recent graduate with Degree in Degree in Administration, Logistics, or equivalent

· At least 1year work related experience in Logistics, administration and other related fields.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
