Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above
positions that have arisen in our Harare Plant. The incumbents will be reporting to the
Distribution Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities
THE JOB
The Loaders will be responsible for the following:
●Loading and offloading of products from and into customer trucks
●Receiving customer packing list, sorting and preparing products as per customer orders and
packing list instructions
●Selecting and identifying correct products from the stockyard as per customer order.
● Accurate counting and recording of products during customer order sorting, preparation, and into
the stockyard
●Palletizing, securing and positioning of products to avoid shifting and damage in transit
●Recording orders in the dispatch orders book.
●Stacking and arranging products in the stockyard.
●Selecting, counting, sorting and recording all stockyard breakages
●Arranges product in a systematic way in the stockyard and maintaining its cleanliness
●Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
●Minimum of “5” O levels
●The incumbent must be physical fit
●Accuracy in stock counting
●Must demonstrate solid organisational skills
●An honest, accurate and a person with integrity is required
