2. General Histopathologist/Cytopathologist/Forensic Pathologist x 3
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
To teach Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
To do research as an individual and in teams.
To provide clinical service at Government hospitals affiliated with the University and be part of service roster (clinical work).
To attend and participate in University meetings as requested by the Chairperson (administration).
Forward thinking and innovate new techniques and diagnostic criteria.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
Possess a Master in Medicine Histopathology Degree or FRCPath or equivalent.
Be registerable on the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council as a SPECIALIST PATHOLOGIST.
Have clinical working experience in the areas of Cytopathology or Forensic Pathology and given evidence of having engaged in research and published.
An additional subspecialty qualification in Cytopathology or Forensic pathology will be an added advantage.
Should be medically qualified.
