DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performing inline checks and monitoring processes.
• Raw materials sampling and testing.
• Testing of shelf life samples.
• Microbial analysis of material, in process and finished products.
• Implementation of ISO systems.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Food Processing or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 O level passes including Mathematics and English.
• One-year relevant experience.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 an added advantage.
• Must have sense of integrity and highly developed analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
