Job Description

Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email

Duties and Responsibilities

❖ Follow-up with customers and Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
❖ Execute necessary troubleshooting, diagnosis of hardware/software to solve client queries,
❖ Keep record of problems raised, resolution made and feedback provided
❖ Assist in Quality Assurance testing to ensure designed product is user friendly
❖ Assist in MySQL database design and administration
❖ Assist in web development using PHP frameworks

Qualifications and Experience

❖ Minimum HND in IT or equivalent qualification with a background or bias in Programming
❖ At least 1-year post qualification experience
