A local NGO is in the process of updating its suppliers register, current and prospective suppliers of the following goods and services are invited for vetting and if successful will be enlisted and registered on our 2021 approved supplier list.
Duties and Responsibilities
We invite suppliers for the following products/services:
Banking; Advertising; Computer Consumables and hardware; Corporate wear; Motor vehicle maintenance & repairs; Office furniture & maintenance; Office stationery; Telecommunication-PABX suppliers; Window blinds; Driveways and paving; Plumbing; Electricians; Corporate Branding; Media agencies and newspapers; Windscreen fitment/glass supplier; Printing & Designing; Artist Performances; Accommodation & conferences; Research; Fuel Suppliers; Groceries & sanitary; Generator services & repairs; Firefighting equipment & maintenance; Security services; Security equipment & services; Software suppliers; Insurance services; Auditing; Events management & decorations; Filming; Carpenters; Air conditioning services & supplying; Radio programs; Lawyers; Graphics.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
Application letter; Company profile with details of nature of business and services provided; Certified copy of certificate of incorporation; Certified copy of CR14(current); VAT registration certificate; Current ITF 263 Tax clearance Certificate; Trade licenses (if applicable); Five traceable references; Bank details.
