Job Description
INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2021
Zimbabwe Association of Church-related Hospitals (ZACH) is inviting current and prospective suppliers in Zimbabwe of the following goods and services to submit their credentials for consideration and subsequent enlisting on the ZACH 2021 suppliers list.
Guidelines for applications:
-This advertisement is an invitation to conduct business and not an offer to provide goods and services to ZACH. Please note that applicants will not, by merely submitting their credentials, be added to our suppliers list. The procurement committee will conduct a review and evaluation exercise to determine who will be added on the approved suppliers list.
-Current suppliers are encouraged to apply
-ZACH reserves the right to accept or reject any application
-Suppliers that cover various categories should submit separate documents for each category
-Only successful applicants will be contacted after the assessment and vetting process

11.PABX, telephone and switchboard services
12.Courier services
13.Customs Clearing services
14.Vehicle Towing service
15.Vehicle repair and maintenance
16.Panel beating
17.Carpots
18.Motor vehicle rental and hire 4x4 and 7 t0 30 ton trucks
19.Fuel and lubricants
20.Taxi services (Harare only)
21.Accommodation and conferencing
22.Electrical installation, supplies, repairs and maintenance
23.Generator supply, repair and servicing
24.Pest control and fumigation
25.Office cleaning services
26.Floor tiling
27.Wall painting
28.Curtaining
29.Office and facilities maintenance (Electrical Plumbing, Roof & ceilings etc repair and maintenance)
30.Hospital equipment
31.Hospital medicine, PPEs and related commodities
32.Camping tents and equipment
33. Facilities refurbishments/ renovations
Qualifications and Experience
Interested suppliers should submit the following information for consideration
- Company profile (Max 2 pages)
- Physical address and contact details
- Certified copies of CR14, certificate of registration, current tax clearance certificate, VAT registration,
- At least 3 traceable references (preferably from the NGOs sector indicating organization name, address, telephone number, contact person name, position, cellphone and email

All documents shall be submitted to ZACH PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE through email ONLY clearly indicating on the subject the category being applied for not later than Friday the 12th of February 2021. Email to procurement@zach.org.zw No hard copies will be accepted.
