Job Description

Organisation is a top producer of high quality concrete products and is seeking to fill the above post with a suitable person who meets the following criteria:-

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting, selecting and placing new staff i line with company policies and procedures
Advocating for the best practices in staffing, staff development and organisational planning and design
Carrying out qualitative and quantitative skill audits as input into manpower planning
Guiding and assisting line management in drawing up of Key Result Areas and performance objectives for their subordinates
Managing the monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate information is provided to the finance team in line with agreed schedule

Qualifications and Experience

A relevant degree or diploma such as in Human Resources Management
Membership of a professional institution i.e IPMZ
At least 3 years relevant experience

Other Attributes
Results-oriented, self motivated and mature person able to work under minimum supervision
A creative self starter capable of developing and improving a human resource department
