Min Requirements:
· Honors’ Degree in HR, HR Management, Legal or similar
· 10 years’ experience managing an HR Function in an organization of a similar size.
· Experience with performance management and performance driven remuneration & benefits and strong in industrial relations.
Additional requirements include:
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Facilitation of Learning and development
• Organisational Structuring principles
• Expertise in HR Accounting, Tax and Statutory regulations
• HR Statistics knowledge
• Change management skills
NB: The position is based in Bulawayo
Should be able to speak Ndebele
